Something exciting happened. I was able to celebrate a second big occasion with this wonderful family! Last summer, I had the pleasure of capturing some special moments of Miles & family when he was just 5 days old. (you can see more from that session HERE) Last weekend, I was there to capture the momentous event of big brother, Patrick, turning TWO!

Patrick enjoys running (fast!), jumping, throwing rocks, digging in sand, stacking blocks, testing his skills at water-fountain-drinking, & everything else that adorable little boys do!

Thank you again, G Family! I look forward to seeing you again.

Where do I even begin to describe this wonderful human being? I met Gina last year – our 3 year olds were in the same preschool class.  She’s a pediatrician (looks AND brains!)  & her little guy has a bubbly, exuberant personality – just like my Aubrey!  It was such an honor to photograph her fantastic family. I have so many favorites from our session, it was hard to choose which ones to share here!

Thank you again, Gina.  For trusting in me & my camera & for being such a thoughtful, caring person. xxoo

I can’t believe it. My itty bitty newborn is three years old. How is this possible? She was born yesterday, I’m sure of it.

My little Emmie was very excited to see the fancy skirt I made for her photo shoot – it totally increased her enthusiasm for mama taking a million pictures – that’s a win in my book.

Here are a few (ton) of my favorites with my BABY.

I recently had the honor of photographing a truly wonderful family. This lovely mama has four adorable kiddos – each one with a unique & endearing personality. From preschooler to preteen, they were all so sweet. Sometimes I wish my photo sessions could last for HOURS. By the end of our session, the three youngest were so OPEN and relaxed – actually asking me to take their picture. Heather’s youngest son, Landon, wanted to make sure I got plenty “singles” of him. My goodness, I just wanted to squeeze his little cheeks!

It was such a pleasure to capture a few moments from our evening together & wanted to share a few of my favorites here.

In addition to showing off this cute family, I’d like to take a moment to talk about the gorgeous, blue-eyed beauty below. Lily is only 4 years old, but has lived most of her life with a significant medical condition. She became a Hope Kid last year. Hope Kids is a non-profit organization that offers a community of support for children with potentially life threatening medical conditions & their families.  If you would like to contribute, or learn more about Lily & Hope Kids, my fundraising page is HERE

Thank you again, Heather!

A few months back I advertised a deal on a full session to the first person to book with me this Fall.  Imagine my glee when this sweet lady (my playdate-r & partner in Click Away travels) swooped that bargain right up.  It’s an honor to be asked to photograph any family, but you guys? SHE’S AN AMAZING PHOTOGRAPHER! I can’t lie – I was so flattered.

So, Jocelyn, I can’t thank you enough for giving me the pleasure to capture your adorable family.

Below are just a handful of my favorites from our session. 🙂
